Abstract

Modern power systems are rapidly evolving with the integration of renewable energy, power electronic converters, electric vehicles, and smart grid technologies. This tutorial explores key challenges related to power quality, reliability, harmonics, and grid stability, while presenting practical approaches for their mitigation. The session also highlights the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern power system monitoring and management, along with a flexible harmonic compensation algorithm compliant with IEEE 519, offering effective solutions for real-world power system applications.

Session dates and timings will be published with the detailed conference program.
