Important Information

• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, condsidering the present situation, the conference will be held virtually and the presenters are not required to be physically present at the previously specified venue.


• The maximum page limit is six pages including references. No author biography at the end.


• In case additional pages are necessary, pages up to 8 pages are permitted subject to payment of Rs. 500 ($10) extra per each additional page.


• The details regarding the platform for the virtual conference and how to access it will be provided via E-mail, after registration.


• Attendee Registration includes access to all technical sessions and keynotes.

Registration Guidelines For Authors

• Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member or Non-Member registration fee by one of the authors.


• IEEE members are requested to provide the IEEE membership number during the online registration process if registering under IEEE category. Authors claiming subsidized registration fees as IEEE members need to mail their IEEE membership card, active at the time of conference registration to [email protected], failing which they will be required to pay the applicable balance registration fee of the relevant category.


• Students need to mail their valid student ID card to Iprecon2024@gmail, if registering under student category failing which they will be required to pay the applicable balance registration fee of the relevant category.


• Please keep a copy of the transaction ID, generated by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. You may need these later if you need to track your payment/registration.


• All correspondence regarding your registration for Iprecon2024 should contain your Paper ID, and registration confirmation number

Registration Conditions For Co-Authors (Co-Presenters)

Notice: All the co-authors (co-presenter) will be given full access to all the sessions and the conference. IPRECON 2024 Organizing Committee will provide you with all the session links.

This registration is only for those co-authors (co-presenter) who wish to present the paper and acquire a presentation certificate.

Co-Authors (Co-Presenter) willing to acquire the Certificate of Presentation kindly follow these guidelines:

• This registration is only applicable to authors/co-authors who are willing to present the paper and avail a presentation certificate.


• This registration is valid only if the paper is already registered with a primary author.


• This co-author (co-presenter) can avail the presentation certificate only if he/she actively engages in the Q/A session after the video presentation of the paper.


• This payment for the co-author (co-presenter) registration is non-refundable.


• The co-author needs to attach the payment receipt of the primary registered author for that paper to complete the co-author (co-presenter) registration.


• After the co-author (co-presenter) registrations, the co-author needs to send a mail to [email protected] which should have the following documents are attached to it.
  
  
  • Transaction Receipt of co-author (co-presenter) Registration
  
  
  • Transaction Receipt of the primary registered author
  
  
  • IEEE membership (if IEEE Member category is chosen)
  
  
  • Student ID card (if Student category is chosen) - Validity of given ID should be till the year 2024
  
  
  • Name of the primary registered author


• The IPRECON 2024 Organizing Committee will check all the details, validate and then acknowledge them back.


• The author/co-author (co-presenter) can present the paper either together or one author can present. But both authors need to attend the conference at the video presentation session and also actively engage in the Q/A sessions.


• If you are not satisfying any of the conditions mentioned above, IPRECON 2024 Organizing Committee has the right to hold the co-author’s (co-presenters) certificate of presentation and the registration will be invalid.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

• In case an author wants to cancel the registration, refund of registration fee will be made after deduction of cancellation charge (50% of the registration fees), if written notification is received before 01-November-2024. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellation must be notified to the organizers in writing by sending e-mail to [email protected].


• All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the refund. Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be done only after the conference.


• Each accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author present the paper at the conference virtually. Non-presented paper will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library as per IEEE no-show policy.
