Failure to upload valid IEEE membership or student ID:
Important Information
- The conference will be held in Hybrid Mode.
- The maximum page limit is six pages including references. No author biography at the end.
- In case additional pages are necessary, pages up to 8 pages are permitted subject to payment of ₹1,000 ($25) extra per each additional page.
- The details regarding the platform for the virtual attendees of the conference and how to access it will be provided via E-mail, after registration.
- Attendee Registration includes access to all technical sessions and keynotes.
Registration Guidelines For Authors
- Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member or Non-Member registration fee by one of the authors
- IEEE members are requested to provide the IEEE membership number and upload IEEE Membership Card during the online registration process, if registering under IEEE category. IEEE Membership validation will be done after registration, failing which they will be required to pay the applicable balance registration fee of the relevant category
- Students need to upload their valid student ID card during registration process, if registering under student category failing which they will be required to pay the applicable balance registration fee of the relevant category
- Please keep a copy of the transaction ID, generated by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. You may need these later if you need to track your payment/registration
- All correspondence regarding your registration for IPRECON 2026 should contain your Paper ID, and registration confirmation number
Cancellation and No Show Policy
- In case an author wants to cancel the registration, refund of registration fee will be made after deduction of cancellation charge (50% of the registration fees), if written notification is received before 15th August 2026. No refunds will be made after this date
- Cancellation must be notified to the organizers in writing by sending e-mail to [email protected]
- All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the refund. Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be done only after the conference
- Each accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author present the paper at the conference (in case of both virtual and physical attendee). Non-presented paper will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library as per IEEE no-show policy
Registration Steps
There are three steps in the registration process:
Choose Registration
Click on the 'Register Now' option and choose your registration as per category. Buy one registration for registering one paper. Buy additional registrations for registering additional papers. Over length manuscripts in excess of six pages is allowed after paying ₹1000 for each additional page (for foreign authors, it is $25/additional page).
Enter Buyer Details
Enter buyer details (Buyer name, Email, Phone number, etc). Anyone can buy the registration ticket. Please note that the invoice will be given in the name of the buyer.
Enter Attendee Details
Enter attendee details. The first attendee is considered as the registering author. Please take extreme care to provide correct paper ID. Click 'Continue' and check all the information provided in the payment page, then click 'Proceed to Pay'.
