Final Camera-Ready Paper Preparation

  • Follow the IEEE two-column A4-size standard conference format for your final manuscript. Refer to the IEEE Templates page for more details: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  • Revised Version: Revise your paper based on reviewers' comments and suggestions (if any). Reviewers' comments are available in the Microsoft paper management system: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IPRECON2026
  • The maximum page limit is six pages, including references. No author biography is allowed at the end. Additional pages (up to eight) can be included with an extra payment of Rs. 1000 ($25) per page.
  • The similarity index should be below 30%. Higher similarity scores are not acceptable. The maximum file size allowed is 3 MB, and the paper must be submitted in PDF format (.pdf) without encryption or password protection.
  • Ensure that all reviewer and meta-reviewer comments have been addressed. Responses to these comments should be provided in the "post author feedback" section in CMT. Additionally, upload a separate PDF file highlighting the changes as the author's feedback file.
2

PDF eXpress Check

Once revisions are complete, check your paper using PDF eXpress with Conference ID 55716X.
