Submission Instructions

  • Authors are required to use the IEEE-standard two-column conference paper template, which can be accessed from the IEEE website.
  • The maximum allowable length for a paper, including references, is six (6) pages. Additionally, the file size must not exceed 3 MB and must be in PDF format, without encryption or password protection.
  • A single-blind review process will be conducted. Submissions with a high similarity index will not be considered for review.
  • All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to IEEE quality standards.
  • 20% of the presented conference papers will be eligible for further review and possible publication in IEEE IAS Periodicals.

Paper Submission Process

Submission Procedure

  1. Visit the official paper submission portal: Microsoft CMT System
  2. On the portal, locate the IPRECON2026 emblem. If you are a new user, please select the "Register" option at the bottom of the dialog box.
  3. Complete the registration process by following the on-screen instructions. Upon successful registration, you will receive login credentials.
  4. Log in to the system using your registered email address and password.
  5. Fill out the submission form, including the paper's Title, Abstract, and Author Details. Ensure that all co-authors' information—such as Name, Designation, Affiliation, and Country—is accurately provided.
  6. Please note that the Microsoft CMT system does not generate automatic confirmation emails upon paper submission. However, the submitting author has the option to notify co-authors via the submission page.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
