Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at IPRECON 2026

At IPRECON 2026, we are committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone.

We believe that bringing together people from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives leads to stronger ideas, better solutions, and meaningful progress. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just values we uphold — they are essential to everything we do.

To ensure accessibility and equal participation, IPRECON 2026 will be held in hybrid mode. This ensures that visa or travel requirements will not limit participation for any nationality.

Please note: Citizens of India, Bhutan, and Nepal may attend in person without the need for a visa or passport, provided they have an accepted conference paper. These participants are required to be present in person due to their visa-free entry privileges.

What We Value

Diversity

We embrace and welcome researchers, authors, reviewers, and attendees from all cultural, academic, and professional backgrounds. Our community includes individuals of all races, genders, nationalities, abilities, identities, and belief systems.

Equity

We are committed to providing fair access to opportunities and resources for all participants. We strive to eliminate barriers that may prevent full participation and recognize the value of different experiences and perspectives.

Inclusion

We aim to foster a respectful and collaborative environment where everyone feels welcomed, heard, and empowered to contribute. Every voice has a place in shaping the future of innovation.

Accessibility for Everyone

To make the conference more inclusive and accessible, IPRECON 2026 will be hosted in hybrid mode — allowing attendees to participate either in person or virtually. We are committed to ensuring that everyone, regardless of location or personal circumstance, has the opportunity to engage with the conference.

Moving Forward Together

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where all voices matter. At IPRECON 2026, we believe that meaningful progress happens when everyone is included.
