Exclusive Housing Support for International Student Authors attending IPRECON 2026

Student Housing Support is exclusively available for IPRECON 2026 International Authors (Except Nepal and Bhutan). We are committed to providing comfortable and convenient accommodation for our international participants.

Extended Student Housing Support

Delegates from the USA, Canada, and Latin & Central America may be eligible for an additional complimentary night stay due to extended travel durations.

Please contact the organizers for special assistance and to discuss your specific travel requirements. We understand the challenges of long-distance international travel and are here to support you.

Accommodation Details

Premium Facilities

Accommodation will be provided in two shared rooms (same gender) in a 4 or 5-star facility with modern amenities and comfort.

Transportation Included

Commutation to the venue will be arranged for all hosted participants. No need to worry about local transportation.

Stay Duration

Accommodation will be arranged from September 4th to September 7th (Standard Check-in Time 12 PM IST and Check-out Time 11 AM IST respectively) covering the entire conference period.

Shared Accommodation

Rooms will be shared with participants of the same gender. This promotes networking and cultural exchange among international delegates.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must have a paper accepted at IPRECON 2026 and must complete full conference registration before applying for Student Housing Support.

The applicant must be an active IEEE Student or Graduate Student Member (GSM) with valid membership status during the conference period.

Priority will be given to applicants with valid IEEE IAS and/or PES Memberships in addition to their student membership.

Applicants who do not wish to share accommodation may opt for reimbursement of 50% of the hotel cost, in which case the organizing committee will not arrange accommodation.

Important Information

Limited Availability

Support is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to fund availability.

Reimbursement Process

Reimbursements can be claimed after reaching the venue and completing the registration process.

Alternative Option

Delegates preferring private accommodation can choose 50% reimbursement instead of shared housing arrangement.

Fund Dependency

All Student Housing Support is subject to available funds and conference budget allocations.

Application Timeline

Student Housing Support Application Opening

The application for Student Housing Support will open after the Acceptance Notification is released. Eligible participants will receive detailed application instructions via email along with their acceptance notification.
