Apply for financial assistance towards your travel expenses for attending IPRECON 2026

Who can apply

Travel Support is available to Student Authors from India, Nepal, and Bhutan. Delegates from other countries are supported through the Student Housing Support program.

Before you apply

This form is for IEEE Student Authors of IPRECON 2026 who wish to apply for financial assistance towards their travel expenses for attending the conference.

The participant must attend IPRECON 2026 in person to be eligible for the Travel Grant Support.

Eligibility Requirements

The applicant must have an accepted paper at IPRECON 2026.
The applicant must have completed full conference registration before applying for Student Travel Support.
The applicant must be an active IEEE Student Member or Graduate Student Member (GSM) with valid membership during the conference period.
Valid IEEE IAS and/or PES membership is preferred and will be given priority in the selection process.
The applicant must not be receiving travel support from their university or any other source. A declaration confirming this must be submitted with the application.

Support is limited and subject to the availability of funds and conference budget allocations. Reimbursement will be provided after the participant reaches the venue and completes the registration process.

Applicants are requested to provide accurate information and upload all required supporting documents. Submission of this form does not guarantee financial assistance; applications will be reviewed based on the eligibility criteria and availability of funds.
