Timing model

  • Every paper is allotted 15 minutes - 12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes Q&A.
  • Sessions marked Parallel run simultaneously in separate halls.
  • Each session window closes a little later than its last paper, to absorb overruns and technical difficulties.
  • In total, 62 papers are scheduled across 7 tracks over three days.

Notes for authors

  • Report to your session hall at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
  • Virtual presenters receive the online meeting link by e-mail at their registered address.
  • For any clarification regarding your session, please contact the organising committee.

Important notice to authors & presenters

The track and presentation timings shown here are indicative and subject to significant change at short notice, on account of administrative or organising requirements, session re-arrangement, or technical difficulties.

Authors are therefore requested to be present for the entire day on which their track is scheduled, and not only for their allotted time slot. Presenters who are unavailable when their paper is called may forfeit the opportunity to present.

Kindly report to your session hall at least 15 minutes before the session begins, and follow the announcements of the organising committee and session chairs for the timings in force on the day.
